Personal/Business checks, PayPal, cashiers checks, money orders and cash (US Currency Only).

Use one of the two methods below when mailing us your payment.
- Personal & Business Checks – Please Fill out and print this form when mailing in your order. (Checks will be held for a minimum of 10 business days in order to clear).
- Money Orders/Traveler Checks – Please Fill out and print this form when mailing in your order.
- PayPal – Please email Sales@MycoSupply.com with a list of items and your shipping address and your email will be returned with a total amount.
- Cash (US currency only) – Please Fill out and print this form when mailing in your order.
Myco Supply processes orders Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m EST. Any orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Myco Supply ships through UPS unless otherwise stated. Please read and understand our Terms Of Sale before ordering.
