Our impulse sealers are ideal for use with our industry-standard spawn bags.

We offer two different sized impulse sealers. A 12″ and a larger 16″ that operates by creating a sterile seal in approximately two seconds. An impulse sealer creates an airtight seal by melting the bag quickly and effectively. Sealing your spawn bags will result in much less contamination of spawn.

Our impulse sealer has built-in electronic timing controls for sealing different materials. All of our sealers come with a manufacturer’s spare part kit of seal wires and Teflon strips.
