MS Humidity Controller

7-day digital unit combines a controller and an eight-outlet strip in a single package.

This Humidity Controller can turn on chemical, water, or air pumps as part of a sampling process; warm up instruments at preset times; and automate testing, heating, mixing, or lighting.

Both time-controlled and manual outlets
Four of the outlets are time-controlled and four are manual. A manual override permits equipment to be switched on or off instantly without disturbing the program. This feature allows the use of your equipment without ever removing the plug.

Safety features include a lighted on/off switch and a ‘push-to-reset’ circuit breaker. Unit is UL-listed and is rated to 15 amps, 1000 watts at 125 VAC. Supplied with a rugged plastic case and 4-foot cord with a three-pronged, grounded plug.

High reliability
Controller is tested and components are ‘burned-in’ to eliminate the possibility of field failure. Unit may be programmed to turn on or off at any minute during a week’s period. Set 84 on/off a.m./p.m. switchings per week with up to 12 different switchings per day.

Controller will turn equipment on and off in intervals as short as 1 minute or as long as 168 hours. Turn an instrument on today and off a week later. The repeat mode allows programming the same cycle each day for 365 days, scheduling a weekly program cycle for 52 weeks, jumping weekends, or skipping any selected days.

Traceableﾮ to NIST for accuracy
Meets the most critical experimental requirements and quality control needs. Individually serial-numbered Traceableﾮ Certificate is supplied to indicate traceability to standards provided by NIST (National Institute of Standards of Technology). Accuracy is 0.01%.

The memory chip and the display are powered by an internal nicad battery for program backup in the event of an electrical outage. Bright, 1/2-inch-high LCD shows the exact time of day complete with a.m./p.m. indicator, day of the week, and the on/off status of the program. UL-listed and rated to 15 amps. Size is 9-1/2 x 2-3/4 x 1-1/2 inches.
